Which talent would you most like to have?

My favourite character from Adventure Time is Marceline the Vampire Queen, so I’d love to be an immortal vampire, floating through the ages, and writing/singing haunting new songs on my axe bass/guitar.

What is your most treasured possession?

recently went to Ground Up Initiative for a company retreat, and I brought home a small pot with some dragon fruit seeds. It recently started sprouting, which gives me joy because I’m a serial plant killer.

What is your idea of perfect happiness?

Going kedai (mama shops/grocery shops – those sorta things) with friends.

What is your motto?

If it does not serve your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, say thank you and then say goodbye. Life is too short.

How would you like to die?

I’d like to die in my sleep. I imagine I’ll be dreaming of something, and then the dream just doesn’t stop. But then again, I get demonic dreams every other day, so I hope my end doesn’t start in one of those.

If you were to die and come back as a person or thing, what would it be?

I don’t believe in reincarnation, but I would love to come back as a cat, or a cloud, just passing through.

What do you consider the most overrated virtue?

Productivity. We’re not machines. Sometimes it’s okay to just be alive and exist.

What is your current state of mind?

Chaos but like in the state of a quietly rumbling storm off the coast of East Coast Park in the middle of night when you should be sleeping, but can’t.
